CORPORATE EVENTS
Affinity does not only build affinity between couples, but equally works with corporates to stage events that bring together their staff, suppliers or customers around their brands and business.
Generally, we work holistically to manage the event or we can just bring together the final styling details. We first sit with you to understand your brand and business by looking at the event you wish to stage, we look at the colour scheme of your brand and its ethos, and then we develop a concept with elements that will bring that business event to life in a unique and compelling way. We work with trusted audio-visual suppliers in order to stage events that bring three dimensionality to the experience and we can arrange press packs to be printed on behalf of your guests.
In terms of costing: we are more affordable than the rest and have a track record of hosting high quality functions. We develop a proposal and work on a project basis with external costings shared as individual line items, which tends to help to tailor an event to meet your budgetary requirements.
PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
Affinity takes the strain out of hosting a large function at home by working at a Private Function rate so that affording an event manager is feasible and you can ensure a high end function at home without the worry of when the caterers are coming, what time the florists will be set up, whether you have enough chairs or cutlery and the like. Pam Gray personally looks after all the details, with a running order that is shared with the client, to ensure that the event runs perfectly, looks beautiful and exceeds expectations.
